Here we are - Spring and Summer again. Hooray! How about a nice sprucing up of our dogs. Contrary to public opinion, a weekly bath is not too much as long as you use a good dog shampoo and conditioner if necessary. You just have to make sure you rinse well.

Also, when you are applying flea and tick meds, make sure your dog is completely dry for 24 hours before and a good 24 hours after applying. This will make the product protect better.

Since we have a nice looking and smelling dog, how about getting a new collar or harness and leash to complete the new look. Here at Paws & Claws, etc. you can get great shampoos, flea and tick meds. and we have the largest selection on the Eastern Shore of collars and leashes - probably further than that from what we hear.
